Shipping Policy

grasslyy ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on all US orders, with no minimum purchase. There are no handling fees or hidden charges.

Processing and delivery times

• In-stock items: handling time is 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET ship the next business day.
• Transit time: 3–5 business days.
• Total estimated delivery: 4–7 business days from order.

Pre-orders

Pre-order products show their expected release date in the product title and page. Pre-orders ship within 3 business days after the release date. If you order a pre-order together with in-stock items, the whole order ships when the pre-order item is released, unless you ask us to split it. If a release date changes, we will email you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Order tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update.

Delays

Delivery times can be affected by weather, holidays or carrier issues. We will help you track your package and resolve any carrier problem.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. grasslyy is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address, but contact us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before shipment.
