Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from grasslyy. This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.
Return window
You can request a return within 25 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Sealed products (booster boxes, packs, tins, collections, figures) must be unopened, with the factory seal intact, and in their original packaging.
- Single and graded cards must be returned in the same condition and holder as received.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
- For safety and authenticity reasons, opened sealed products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
How to start a return
Email support@grasslyy.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within one business day with a free prepaid return label and instructions. Returns are by mail only; we do not have a physical store.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the funds. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Pre-order cancellations
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships by emailing us with your order number.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
Currency
All prices and refunds are in US dollars (USD).
